AI Assist adds call summaries, post-call notes, sales coaching notes, email summaries, and workflow options from recorded and transcribed calls. The launch plan includes 120 minutes per month, then usage is billed in additional minute blocks.
Do I have to use Linphone?
No. Linphone is the recommended softphone, but Cloudburst can provide SIP connection details for compatible apps and devices such as Zoiper, Bria, IP desk phones, ATAs, and SIP handsets.
Are users and extensions really unlimited?
The plans are account-based, not per-seat. Users and extensions are not priced like separate full subscriptions. True cost drivers, such as extra numbers, SMS/MMS, outbound calling, recording, transcription, and AI usage, are handled separately.
What costs are usage-based?
