Your first payment starts the account setup and covers the first month of Solo Voice service. Cloudburst will provision your phone account, provide setup instructions, and send connection details for supported SIP apps and devices.

How Billing Works
Cloudburst is a month-to-month prepaid service. This product covers the first month of Solo Voice. After setup, you will maintain a prepaid account balance for renewals, usage, add-ons, and overages.
There is no long-term contract and no per-seat pricing. Users and extensions are flexible, while real cost drivers such as numbers, calls, SMS, recording, transcription, and AI Assist usage are billed separately.
After Checkout
- Cloudburst receives your order and account details.
- Your Solo Voice account is provisioned.
- You receive setup instructions and SIP connection details.
- You can add top-up balance for usage, add-ons, and future monthly service.
