How Billing Works
Cloudburst is a month-to-month prepaid service. This product covers the first month of Team Comms. After setup, you will maintain a prepaid account balance for renewals, usage, add-ons, and overages.
There is no long-term contract and no per-seat pricing. Users and extensions are flexible, while real cost drivers such as numbers, calls, SMS, recording, transcription, AI Assist usage, advanced phone features, and custom workflow work are billed separately.
