Cloudburst is not a live AI receptionist. It is a managed business phone service with AI-assisted follow-up after calls happen. Depending on your plan, calls can be recorded, transcribed, summarized, emailed, uploaded to cloud storage, and routed into CRM follow-up.

Fixed monthly plans cover the base phone system. Variable usage runs through a prepaid balance so costs stay visible and service can keep running. Auto top-up is recommended for active businesses.
Top-up balance
Choose a starting balance of $25, $50, or $100. Auto top-up helps keep calls, SMS, and overages running.
E911
E911 is $1.50/mo where required. There is no setup fee, but the first 3 months are charged up front at setup.
Porting and custom work
Number porting is guided and may take 2 to 3 weeks. Custom integrations and bespoke call-flow builds are quoted separately.
